1. Business Services

Friends Apparel Impex manufactures custom apparel and accessories based on customer supplied specifications, artwork, and requirements.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation. Prices are subject to change due to material costs, order quantity, customization requirements, or shipping rates.

3. Orders

Production begins after:

• Order confirmation
• Approval of artwork or samples
• Receipt of the required advance payment

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, measurements, colors, and specifications before production.

4. Custom Products

All products are manufactured according to customer supplied designs and specifications. Minor differences in color, size, stitching, printing, embroidery, and fabric texture are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs are legally owned or authorized for production. Friends Apparel Impex is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from customer supplied content.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed before production begins. Orders remain the property of Friends Apparel Impex until full payment has been received.

7. Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidance only. Delays caused by customs, courier companies, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Cancellation requests before production begins are reviewed individually.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed between both parties.

11. Changes

Friends Apparel Impex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
